In this project we have successfully developed a gamified experience for all the NBE employees not just the front-liners, to explain to them the importance of not to disclose customers’ data and all sorts of situations and the kind of mistakes one could fall in unintentionally when doing their regular day to day activities at work

Mul5ple scenarios that simulates real-life situa5ons that they can face during their day- to-day ac5vi5es at work with situa5ons where they can face fraud cases and how to deal in such situa5ons. All progress is reported via dashboard to empower the management in the career development journey of NBE’s employees.
